There are so many people out there with great ideas on how to shift many different areas of our society to make it sustainable and nurturing for us all. What I have to offer is of a very personal nature...to change or transform ourselves so we can do what we came here to do. How? By clearing emotions that hold us back from all that we can be. When we clear the emotions, it is easy to see how the story disappears as the energy that was driving the behavior is released.

Organizers Roster

BIL 2014 is an ad-hoc participant powered unconference.

What is BIL?

Perhaps its best described by a slight play on the famous story of six men and the elephant.

A Jain version of the story says that six blind men were asked to determine what an elephant looked like by feeling different parts of the elephant's body. The blind man who feels a leg says the elephant is like a pillar; the one who feels the tail says the elephant is like a rope; the one who feels the trunk says the elephant is like a tree branch; the one who feels the ear says the elephant is like a hand fan; the one who feels the belly says the elephant is like a wall; and the one who feels the tusk says the elephant is like a solid pipe. Continue reading...
