The BIL talks are March 1-2, but some of the people traveling from far have indicated they'd like to show up a couple days early to do things in Monterey with other BIL attendees.

If you are doing something fun or interesting, post it here so people can coordinate.

On Friday, February 29th a group will be going to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. A terrific substrate for conversation! If you're a photographer, bring your camera. This will also be a photowalk.

Most nights - commencing FEB 26 till MAR 01 - the Crown & Anchor Bar "hosts" a late night gathering of Tedsters unable to end the discourse on the sessions of the day that took place at the un-affiliated TED Conference. The discussions are fueled of course with ample amounts of lager and trail into the wee hours - 2AM +. Tedsters are easily recognized by the very large and colorful badge dangling from their neck.
