Here at BIL we love TED, but we don't have the budgets and connections to get us into TED. Thusly we've started a satellite event where interesting people can get together and spread ideas.

Our event is self-organizing, emergent, and anarchic. Nobody is in charge. If you want to come just show up. If you want to talk start talking. If you aren't interested in what someone is saying, leave and find something more interesting.
