Room Rates
It's often the case (it was in 2011, and it is as of today, 1/17/2012) that Queen Mary rooms are a good bit cheaper ($109 v $144) on http://hotels.com than they are on the QM's website.
However, the prices have gone up since the original listed price ($103 up to $109), so you may want to book a room soon. ($119 now)
Historically, QM offers blocks of rooms that are actually more expensive than you can find on your own... last year, rooms through QM deals were around $150, while people were finding them online for about $50 cheaper. After talking to hotel, they will block off rooms if we have 15 agreements to rent- again with the crappy price. It may not be worth the effort.

As of February 9 the price for rooms on Hotels.com was up to $126, but that still beats the QM website. Also, I could only get twin beds at that price. King was $145.
