Many of the BILions have already figured this out, but the social site is a great way to meet other BILions and see what they're up to before, during and after BIL. Hopefully doing things like following others and sending public and private messages are self-explanatory. We also used the site to crowdsource talks and aid with scheduling before the conference.

During the conference, you can see what talks are currently happening in the four rooms by hitting http://bil.nowgetsocial.com on your iPhone. If you don't have an iPhone, the best way to view the schedule is here on the wiki.

After the conference, you can use the site to stay in touch with other BILions using the site's messaging features or using vcard download.

Also, if you use Twitter, please tag your tweets with #BIL. They'll get aggregated into the social site automagically for future reference.
